Some possible reasons why people are not clamoring to buy our house:
Beezely Hill is actually an active volcano, the likes of which has not been seen since Pompeii. People do not want to move to a town that is about to be decimated.
Cross B Estates was built on an old Indian Burial Ground. Film crews for Poltergeist Ephrata: Sage, Sun, and Spirits are requesting the area be untouched during this time. Unfortunately, this is an independent film and funds are not available to purchase the "for sale" homes in the area.
Unbeknownst to us, we are currently starring in a reality tv show. The premise: a family thinks their house is for sale, but nobody is coming to see it. How long will it take before they crack?!?
Also unbeknownst to us, Lucy is a vicious guard dog and will not let anyone near the house or the flyers. Realtors fear for their lives.
